To help speed things along we have listed the most popular questions below that we receive from our clients, and prospective clients. If you have a question for us that is not listed below, please feel free to contact us and we will answer it for you.

 

Q: WHAT HELMETS DO YOU SELL?

A : We do not sell any helmets. This is because we need each customer to ensure its size and fit.

 

Q: CAN I USE MY OWN HELMET?

A : Yes, if you already own a helmet you may choose to use that for your design. However, we do feel that starting with a brand-new white helmet always produces the best results.

Q: WILL YOU DESIGN A HELMET BEFORE I COMMIT TO GETTING MY HELMET PAINTED?

A : We pride ourselves in our quality and originality of not just our painting but our designs as well. We believe it is our cutting edge style that sets us apart from the rest, so we only offer helmet design work to our customers that commit to having us paint their helmets.

 

Q: HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING AN ESTIMATE?

Q: CAN YOU PAINT A HELMET THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PAINTED?

A : Yes, this is possible. If you do wish for us to re-paint your helmet, a refinishing fee will be charged.

 

Q: WILL YOU DUPLICATE WORK FROM OTHER HELMETS?

A : Yes and No. If there is a particular design that you like, we can create something similar but we will never duplicate. If there is a nostalgic helmet replica you would like, such as Ayrton Senna’s racing helmet, or Felix Potvin’s mask, we will make an exception and remain true to the original artwork. However all helmet replicas are subject to approval.

 

Q: WHAT TYPE OF PAINT DO YOU USE?

A : We exclusively use CREATIX® paints for the best in durability, quality, color, and shine. CREATIX® is one of the number brands of custom paint in the world. It is also rated best for the environment.

 

Q: CAN I ORDER COLOR SAMPLES?

A : Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to order color swatches so that you may be guaranteed you are receiving the exact colors you wish to have on your helmet. This helps to give you peace of mind as well as avoid any potential color miscommunications. We only charge the cost of shipping to send it to you and we can add it to your end purchase price.

 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?

A : Once you have received your estimate and have confirmed and paid your deposit, we are unable to refund you the full amount. If you must cancel your order after we have started work on your helmet, we cannot issue you a refund, as the helmet and paint work must be paid for in full. If we have not started work on your helmet we reserve the right to return 80% of your initial deposit.

 

Q: WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

A : We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card, and PayPal. No work will commence until all funds clean. Helmets will not be shipped back until all funds clear, also.

 

Q: What is the turn-around time?

A : Our average turn-around it 14 days once paint work begins but times vary based on season and workload. The system we use for scheduling is a simple “first come first serve” basis. If you wish to have your helmet by a specific date, this will incur a Rush Service fee, which depends on your desired return date and our workload. This fee varies, so please contact us for the current estimated completion schedule.

 

Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

A : We service the United States and Canada.

 

Q: WHO DO YOU SHIP THROUGH?

A : All shipments are processed primarily through UPS and FedEx.

 

Q: DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

A : Yes. All shipping costs are paid by the customer. 

 

Q: HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A :  You will be provided with a tracking number so that you may check the status of your delivery through the UPS or FedEx website.

 

Q: WHAT PRODUCTS SHOUL­D I USE TO CLEAN MY HELMET?

A :  We will provide you with a list of products we recommend for all cleaning and wax/detailing.

 

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT WHAT I WANT DURING THE PAINTJOB?

A : This all depends on what stage in the process you decide to change your mind and what it is you wish to change. You may be charged for any additional work that must be done to accommodate the change you wish to make. This something we have to address on a case-by-case basis.

Q: CAN YOU GIVE ME A DISCOUNT?

A : We are a company that produces and sells premium products and services, and as such we must charge accordingly. Though we do not provide individual discounts we can usually help based on team or group-buys. That being said we handle all team & group discounts based on a case-by-case basis. As much as we would love to help out everyone with a deal, please understand that this is simply not possible. Please refrain from asking for deals or promises of bringing us more work from your friends. If you respect our quality, artwork, products, and services that we offer, please respect our pricing as well.

 

Q: CAN YOU SPONSOR ME OR MY TEAM?

A : We do not provide any sponsorship at this time.
